Just returned from a 3 night stay at your hotel and I wanted to express how much we enjoyed our time during our short break, everything was superb from the superior immaculate bedroom, your staff and most of all the food, I cant believe you are only rated as a 2 star hotel, in fact I would say the evening meals are amongst some of the best we have experienced in the lake district, believe me we will be back in the Summer for more and I would not hesitate in recommending you to family & friends.

"We have just returned home after a 3 day stay in The Glenburn Hotel, which our children had booked for us as a gift. We had the 4 poster room with Spa Bath, a brilliant addition after walking the hills and seeing the wonderful scenery, everything was absolutely wonderful.
We wish to thank everyone at The Glenburn, for helping make our stay memorable. Special thanks to the young Ukrainian lady, who Ted now knows is not French ha ha, she was always very polite and very happy.
What was also convenient about The Glenburn is that it is within a 10 minute walk of Lake Windermere, makes a lovely evening stroll after eating the wonderful evening meal.
We feel that The Glenburn Hotel should be rated higher than 2 star"

The service was outstanding throughout our stay and the staff noticeably work together as a fabulous team. All our meals were thoroughly enjoyed. Can your speciality crème brulee with raspberries be mail ordered please?

"We have just returned from a 3 day short break to the Glenburn. We cannot understand why this hotel has been rated a 2 Star! We had a 4 poster bedded room, LCD TV & Internet access, a spa bath/rain shower immaculate bathroom, and the food was to die for. Congratulations to all the staff. Your staff are a credit. The food was excellent and the service was always with a smile.
We had a thoroughly enjoyable break. Shame it was over so soon."

The AA should re consider how they star grade hotels, yours is better than many 4 star hotels I have stayed at, the service was great, Sara and I cant wait for our next short break and to see your refurbishment.
