Gamekeeper's Cottage Tariff

The following rates are for 2012 including taxes.

Low season: Nov 1st to 30th April. Excludes half terms/bank holidays etc.

High season: from 1st May to 31st Oct. Please note that the tariff varies throughout the year, please call for a quote.

**Please note that we have a minimum 3 nights stay unless we have a gap in bookings. Please contact us for details or check through our online booking link.

Terms

A 20% non refundable deposit is required - all bookings are taken with a credit card guarantee to cover the following & we reserve the right to charge any guests card should any of the following apply:

No show for reservation & cancellation within 7 days
The full cost of the stay will be charged.

 

Please note: We strongly advise all guests to take out annual travel insurance cover as you would if you where traveling abroad to cover eventualities such as last minute cancellation due to illness etc.

We are a strictly no smoking cottage
Should we find any guests have smoked in their rooms we will ask them to leave and we will charge a £75 deep cleaning fee, also, any damage caused to the rooms must be paid for & we reserve the right to charge any card given as security, in giving your card for the booking guarantee & deposit you accept these terms.

Dinners pre booked on packages
Should any guests who have pre booked an all inclusive dinner B&B package (half board) decide not to dine for any reason then no credit will be given for meals not taken due to advanced food purchases and staffing.

These terms are in addition to any other terms as laid out on our website, reception area and promotional material.
