Parklands offer something for everyone. For those serious about their exercise they have a fitness studio, squash court and badminton hall, plus regular activities including yoga and aerobics.

For those who simply want to relax, the pool area incorporating a spa, sauna and steam room is ideal.

Alternatively pamper yourself in the Beauty Salon (at extra cost), which offers a full range of treatments using the Dermalogica range and a solarium when booked in advance.

The lounge bar has two full sized snooker tables, a pool table and serves an extensive snack menu throughout the day with a viewing gallery over looking the pool.
